The towels were old and had that whitish-greyish colour, in one of the bathrooms there was a dirty floor towel, and in the kitchen 3 coffee plates weren’t well badly washed and stained. There Was no hot water, we didn’t have the time to tell them as we went out after the reception staff left for the day. It was hassle there instructions from third party that received last minute. We not able to communicate. All my texted no answer. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus!
