"As a High Tier Expedia member and more than 15 year using Expedia I ask my self how serious is to keep this property which a 8 scores in 10? This was my 35-40 maybe hotel booking through here .. and this is the worst I ever been. Besides be in a centric place in Zaragoza and look nice from outside , is not the same when you just walk in . Hallways and room stink , they don’t used any sense spray . Bathroom smell bad .They change my room after complaining but just get better view because any thing else changed .Amenities are not and good . Front desk employe was very rude . Don’t came here if you want a good experience ! "

"Our room was on first floor right above the events room and they had a wedding on first night which was noisy and we couldn’t sleep until after midnight while we were supposed to wake up early for a tour next day. I asked to be moved and they said they were fully booked. I checked and they were not. Our room also faced the road which was also noisy at night so we didn’t sleep well here. Would not visit again because of this. "

"We stayed in Zaragoza for 2 nights and we like the hotel’s proximity to everything. We enjoyed the breakfast, the only thing was their coffee machine was busted but we still got our free coffee from the coffee shop located inside the hotel. We paid €12.50 per person for breakfast and it was worth it because they served a decent variety of food daily. Our room was clean but a bit noisy because of the restaurants close by and they were open til late at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Don Jaime and we highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is clean, but its best days are behind it. Access to the hotel parking lot is difficult. The navigation system directs you to the parking lot of a neighboring hotel. The air conditioning and ventilation in the room are poor. The cooling is regulated to 22 degrees Celsius . I had to sleep with the window open and put up with street noise."
