Very much short of staff. Management should look into this matter seriously. Room amenities are not sufficient. Receptionists are more interested in collecting and completing their daily duties not interested in customer services.

Waited about 7 hours to process check-in n settle into the rooms. Reception staff n manager was incompetent n rude. The staff needs proper education n training. Food quality and taste was terrible. Payment processing equipment did not work n staff demanded cash payment. The property is not fit for hotel license. Authorities need to audit the property. Expedia should remove the property from the listing...bad service image. Will not recommend the property to anyone for travel accomodation.

A very modern and comfortable room with friendly staffs with great service. It is located outside the town. But I was able to walk to the temple and back. As for the safety and cleanliness, walking on the street is not recommended and it needs improvement. Loved the view of the Temple and surrounding mountain range and the rice fields from my room.
