"Great uptown location!!! Just steps aways from the Fountain of Youth and the old Jail attractions. Room was clean. If the housekeeper misses your room, you can get extra towels, toiletries and plastic trash bags from the front lobby staff. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. They had meat, scrambled eggs, cereal, coffee, Hot chocolate, bagels, and biscuits."

"We stay here everytime we come to St Augustine. We are only looking for a clean hotel, not much else since we arent spending much time there. We have had consistent cleanliness and service each time we have stayed at this property (3 times now). And its right next to the highway/gas stations/food. The historic district is only a few minutes away, and you definitely dont want to get caught in the traffic if theres an event there, better to stay outside of the historic district. Definitely stay at la quinta. Quick, convenient and plenty to do in the area."
