"Front desk staff very friendly. Room was very spacious. Very close to metro and can even walk to Duomo. Just needs more amenities in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and decent. "

10/10 Excellent
"What really struck me is how much personal care I was given by the staff. I have stayed at the nicest hotels in the country and they could learn from this boutique hotel at how to treat people in a way that makes them feel special. Every one of them made me feel like I was a part of the family. They even ran to the store to get me some cigarettes and stowed my bags when I was taking a short trip to Barcelona and back. Called a shipping company on my behalf because I bought too many clothes and wanted to ship a suitcase home. Truly a bespoke experience. Decided to book again already on my return from Barcelona. Also the record player with vinyl albums in the room was such a nice touch. Bravo! "
"This hotel wow. The rooms are amazing, loved the full length mirror, this hotel overall is great value for the price. It’s also pretty close to a lot of the attractions and shops to walk. Would recommend and would come back. They also have a hotel in Florence that I would check out next time too based off the experience here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. "
"Great location. Lovely place to stay and lovely staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Grocery, subway right there and walkable to many places of interest during our visit. Overall excellent base for Milan. "
