"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "
"Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night."
"EVERYTHING WAS TOP NOTCH!! SIMPLY WONDERFUL!!! THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE AND HELP ME NAVIGATE WITH MY FIRST VISIT TO NAPOLI… THANK YOU TO BOTH SYLVIA AND MATEO…. They are so relaxed and confident with knowing how to treat and serve their guests!!! So Impressed with my stay and my room…. "
"Staff was exceptional! Room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that we didn’t realize when we booked is that when there’s a cruise ship docked there is absolutely no view, all you see is the side of a ship. However when there is not one docked, it is beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the location and felt very safe. "
