"A real oasis in Taranto. The rooms are beautifully decorated and for breakfast you could order eggs or pancakes. The views from the seafront rooms are also lovely and staff very attentive. Hopefully in the future they make more of the roof terrace which feels like a bit of a waste at the moment. "Nice place, good airco, in the old town close to restaurants etc. Breakfast was sad (pre-packed toast, butter and jam). The city of Taranto is not very nice, a lot of boarded up homes, streets at dirt etc. There is not much to do. I thought the price of the room was high considering that city."

"The apartment is located in a great spot. It is close to everything. Maurizio the manager is a great person and he goes out of his way to help you. The problem is the apartment itself; entry is in very bad shape, restroom is not in the room, breakfast consists of packaged pastries that are not very fresh. Stairs to reach room are steep and difficult for elderly people. Handicapped accessibility is non existent. "

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Communication was horrible and did not live up to the bilingual standard. Plus they moved my family to another room last minute while my 7 month old was in a bath. Didn't even attempt to Whatsapp me. Nor did they respond fairly quickly when messaged through this app. They don't offer cleaning services as listed only the cleaning lady will do it as a favor but will charge you. Highly inconvenient over all. Was a beautiful place but lack of communication was so awful we decided to go stay...

Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi di ogni genere, ristoranti, un supermercato, il mercato rionale, e parcheggi sia a pagamento che gratuiti. Good location

"Firstly I’ll give the positives: The rooms clean and the bed comfortable. Locations good. Not so positives: Entry; I wasn’t sure how we were to gain entry as I’d received a message a couple of days before re getting there before 7pm. I replied to it but got no response. We’d planned walking from the station but had to get a taxi. It cost 20€! (5 mins) Not because it’s far but because we had to get there by 7pm. Arrive to locked door, no instructions. A neighbour told me to call so I did. They opened the door electronically, but we did panic for a few minutes. As the door opened we see stairs…thankfully we travel light because we wouldn’t have been able to drag our cases up to the 2nd floor. The stairs are very deep too. We’d booked a superior room. Nothing really wrong with the room except the word superior…it’s not. Door handle fell off which was fixed the next day, curtains coming off the rail, the bedside boxes weren’t by the bed, and they’re pretty heavy. "

"U’Panare is of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in, the room was beautifully decorated, located a very convenient and beautiful location and the staff went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed.
