Their website specifies “ The library and magazines in your room where you can read about the history of wine, events, cellar tours, tastings and the grape harvest in our vineyard.” There was none of that in the room and was not given information either when checking in. "The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times.
Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower.
That, I had told them too.
They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined.

"The property is clean and looks like its been updated, but i don't think it could be classed as a 4 star.
The staff were not that friendly or helpful.
Asked to see the spa before paying to use it, and initially this was declined, but eventually allowed to see it (no one was using it at the time).
The breakfast was good. General service at the bar was ok. Definitely would not recommend eating in the restaurant for dinner."
