"Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay."

"Everything was great. The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great."

"My stay at Bristol Palace was nearly perfect! The personnel is extremely courteous, helpful, eager to make sure your stay goes as well as possible. I extended my stay for a 3rd night and was upgraded to a double room, which was more spacious. Rooms are very clean, quiet, water pressure is wonderful. I did not get to try the restaurant Il Giotto, but it seemed like a good bet. "

"The was the cutest little place to stay for our overnight before boarding a cruise ship. The location was perfectly located right in the city & close to many places for eating, getting a drink, shopping or just walking the city and exploring all the charm of Genoa! Simona was the sweetest and so helpful with offering great sites to see & places to eat/drink. Very accommodating and eased all our worries with getting to the city from the airport & finding the guest room. Hoping to return for another visit very soon!! "

"Room was spacious, very clean, modern. Priv bath good. Bed comfy. Location in good spot. A/C worked well. You need to set your temp with front desk, not controlled from inside room. Room had refrigerator, did not work. You could use refrigerator at front desk. Breakfast not on site, 2 min walk away. No lift. The actual short walkway street it is on, maybe a little shady at night, but off a main street, so all good. Front desk staff very nice. 15 min easy walk from main train station Principle. Luggage storage."

"We have rented via Wonderful Italy several times and the communication, value for money and state of the properties has always been excellent. This was no exception, although the specific location, while convenient, is a bit "colourful" at night. For me it wasn't physically threatening but it could be for others. Evidence of traditional "trades" is in-your-face after dark. For us, it served a purpose and was very comfortable."
