Ruthin Castle Hotel
This is an old castle so dont expect luxury. The room i was in was dared and lazy but the small nuce but very small. The Hand Hotel Llangollen by Compass Hospitality
Hotel was just ok, but they had an open fire in the reception area, which basically smelled the whole of the hotel out, and our clothes still smell of it. Had to leave the bedroom window open all night to let fresh air in, even though my wife was cold. On the plus side I would definitely go back ...

Spacious 3 Bed Log Cabin in Snowdonia
There are no shops nearby unless you have a car. Very secluded area perfect for a weekend getaway from laptops! The hosts are very responsive.
