"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "This is a boutique hotel with only 14 rooms, amazingly well located at the edge of the historic centre. It is truly an excellent 5 star hotel which we recommend without hesitation. Breakfast is à la carte but everything is available Parking is available for a fee of €20/day"

"All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) . After get directions, the rooms does not look like the pictures, no plates , no pillows, no tables at outdoor, just an empty apartment (the linens and towels were there..) The apartment is brand new, but not suitable for a short...

We spent a wonderful couple of nights culminating in the hotel restaurant Menu Degustation with wine pairing at a very reasonable price! Fabulous. Highly recommended all round"

"A place with character and very clean with amazing and helpful staff. ...but very inconvenient for non-resident since the check in is under a software link and no work properly as the disadvantages for the amount of applications thst exist today to downloading the required info!!!...I guess that a 24/7 deck services is highly needed 😉 "
