Excelente ubicación y personal muy amable. Las instalaciones están nuevas y bien cuidadas. Principal punto en contra: al hacer pago en propiedad te cobran de 5% a 8% por pago con tarjeta, es decir ellos cobran la comisión por uso de terminal. Te recomiendo pagar directamente en expedia o tendrás que disputarlo con expedia. Por lo demás la estancia fue buena.

FABULOSO!!! Excelente ubicacion cerca de los mejores restaurantes , oxxos , y todo lo que puedas necesitar el personal super amable y las habitaciones tienen de todo hasta alexas puedes cocinar y cuenta con dos televisiones , el baño inmaculado y te bañas super rico sin duda REGRESARE!!

El diseño de la suite magnifico. Todo limpio, bien ubicado. Sòlo un poco raro que no haya servicio en recepciòn por las mañanas. Pero lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excelente relacion calidad precio

El hotel es de reciente creacion asi que es muy buena opcion para alojarse en palenque , a media cuadra de la plaza central , tiene una cocina y frigobar muy practico para cocinar y minimizar costos , esta en pleno centro la ubicacion es excelente cerca de todo , No duden en quedarse se llevaran una sorpresa muy grata
