"Weak wi-fi on the second floor. Too few towels for a room sleeping two persons. Nothing spectacularly bad, just an average / a dash below average place. During this trip we stayed places providing much better services in this price range."

The staff exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out. Very friendly, accommodating, and the bar tender made the best Long Island :) the town had several restaurants and pubs nearby to go wander and explore."

"It was a very lovely B&B.- however our stay was very Brief. Because we were leaving super early, they put us in a Supplement building that they converted into a room and bathroom. It was really nice however the bed was super bouncy and and the bed frame was not the greatest quality."

"The location is beautiful. The room horrible, beds uncomfortable, mattresses worn out, king bed was separating into two as soon as you lay down. Breakfast food choices were limited. Place is too big for the company to manage."
