Our stay at Hotel Principe di Villafranca was good. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the stay. We cannot speak on the parking situation as we did not have a rental car. It was a 25 minute walk to the town center and plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in vicinity

Customer service at this hotel was exceptional, staff went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had. We will definitely be back the next time we make a trip to Palermo

Clean and modernized with wonderful and attentive staff. Note if you have a car make sure you make a reservation for parking at the time of hotel booking, space is a premium in the city. Great service including laundry delivered on time and ironed. Excellent location walkable to all points of interest and nice little restaurants just a block away.
