The only advantage of the property was that it was close to the Central Station. We booked for two nights but when we saw the place, we stayed one night only. Senior citizens should definitely avoid it, as you have to climb several flights of stairs inside a very dilapidated building to get to the b&b. I cannot for the life of me understand why the Rough Guide and Expedia recommend it. Surely there must be more decent places in Palermo. I say, Keep looking!

Good location and a clean room. The address which was given to us was not where we stayed. We were taken to another building across the square. Access to the room was not easy even that there was a lift. It was good to have coffee and milk available on arrival. Breakfast was good. I was surprised by a request of payment by cash and be charged extra 10E for arriving after 10pm (or 15E after 11pm).

駅前広場に面したお部屋はリフトがないとのことで、５０メートルほど歩いた別のビルのお部屋に案内されました。広くていいです。湯沸かしなどが共有スペースにあるので、暖かい飲み物が好きな時に飲めます。トイレは紙を流してはいけないタイプなので注意。いろんな注意ごとは、できれば紙に英語でプリントして渡してくれたら助かるのになあと思いました。口頭だと聞き逃してしまいます。

camera piccola ma ordinata

La camera e' un po' distante dalla stazione, ma comunque accettabile la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato in camera ,molto gentile ,ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha portato anche la colazione il mattino dopo, molto buoni i cornetti, la camera un po' piccola, ma completa con gli accessori giudizio positivo

Nice room close to the train station.

Located right by the train station, only about 5-10 minutes from the historic centre of Palermo. Good room, nice and big. One thing I would mention is that you need to ring before you get here in order for the owner to come round to let you check in. Thankfully other guests let me in, but otherwise I could have been waiting outside for half an hour.

Fine for the price, practical for the airport bus, arrival was a bit complicated, no one at the address give, in fact I slept in a nearby address which was fine. Also the hotel charges 5€ per hour for arrival after 8pm!

Emme saaneet sitä mitä tilasimme viidelle yölle!!!

Hotellilla ei ollut meidän varausta (ylibuukkaus?) ja jouduimme muuttamaan tien toiselle puolelle ja vaihtamaan sielläkin huoneita yhden yön jälkeen. Ei hissiä ja huoneet molemmissa neljännessä kerroksessa. Sängyt olivat kuin tiiliskiviä ja vesilaitos piti hirveää meteliä pitkin yötä.. Saimme toiseksi yöksi parvekkeellisen kaksion yhteisellä kylpyhuoneella. Tästä järjestelystä pidimme, mutta vessan/suihkun viemäripumppu meni rikki aamulla eikä siihen saatu osia perjantaipäivän aikana joten meidät sijoitettiin illalla taas uuteen paikkaan ja 4 henkilöä yhteen huoneeseen! Olimme maksaneet kahdesta huoneesta, 4 aikuista matkalla. Hotellin omistaja sanoi että Palermon kaikki hotellit on täynnä ja on viikonloppu joten heillä ei ole mitään muuta tarjota. Ottakaa tai jättäkää, saatte loput rahat takaisin ja olette vapaat, etsikää itse hotelli täydestä kaupungista. Jäimme lopulta tähän yhteen huoneeseen ja saimme tingittyä hieman rahaa takaisin, mutta mieluummin olisimme ottaneet kaksi erillistä huonetta. Hotellin omistaja ei ottanut missään vaiheessa vastuuta itsellensä varauksen päällekkäisyydestä. Emme vieläkään ole saaneet vastinetta ebookersilta lähettämääni reklamaatioon että kuinka tässä näin pääsi käymään. Itselle jäi huijattu olo koko tapahtumasta ja harmittaa kun kolme muuta matkalla ollutta henkilöä oli luottanut minun tekemään hotellivaraukseen ja myös heidän reissunsa meni piloille hotellin suhteen. Tämä oli myös 50-vuotismatkani ja itkuksihan se meni monta kertaa!!!

Hotel was double booked

We had booked through expedia, we arrived at the hotel by taxi with an elderly relative who couldn't walk very far to be met outside by a young man who told us the hotel was full and we needed to go to another. This was several blocks away. He walked us there. The replacement hotel wasn't really suitable, it had many stairs which were not suitable for our older relative. This was called Dimora Annulina. A nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, we stayed there for one night, but it was not what we had booked.

Sem elevador (4 andar)

Nao gostei pelo fato de nao ter elevador e o hotel ser no 4 andar. Tive de subir e descer malas. Poderiam avisr isso no site. E nao tinha ninguem no hotel na hora dp check-in, e tive de ficar esperando na rua a responsavel chegar.

Emplacement ideal et personnel très bienveillant!

PERSONNEL ADORABLE, TRES SERVIABLE ET BIENVEILLANT!!! Petit déjeuner a volonté offert tous les matins, peu importe l heure, dans le café/patisserie/snack juste en face (de très bonne tenue, patisseries delicieuses, jus d orange pressé et autres...). Le gérant vous y accompagne pour vous attabler et passer immediatement votre commande au comptoir. Vous cherchez un resto en soiree au dernier moment? Pas de probleme, le gerant vous indique une super adresse a 2 pas! Sinon on vous appelle immediatement un taxi pour vous amener dans un coin sympa... Idem quelque soit les service demandé, appelez le gérant et il vient à vous pour vous assister et vous conseiller...! Emplacement ideal sur la place centrale de la gare et de tous les bus, taxis... De toute façon la quasi totalité des sites d interêt sont a proximité (quelques minutes de marche), on est directement dans le centre historique. Seul bemol, la place est bruyante le soir et il n y a pas de double vitrage (mais quand on est fatigué apres une grosse journee on s endort sans mal) et l hotel est a l image de l hotellerie en Italie: désuet... Mais propre et bien tenu! De manière generale les siciliens sont tres sympa, prompt a rigoler, vous renseigner, bref adorables! :)

the customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. first of all they said they did not receive my booking online. the woman at the office did not speak English so she contacted the owner who was at the hospital and did not have access to a computer. I had booked the room for 55 euros using my m/c but they don't have use credit cards so I had to pay an additional 35 euros in cash. later that night the manager knocked on the door to tell me that I had to pay an additional 20 euros to make up the difference. the owner finally did get to a computer and did see my booking. anyway staying at casa di limoni was the most unfriendly, difficult place ever and I do not recommend the place to anyone. too much difficulty and unpleasantness in customer service.

위치만 최고.

리프트가 없어서 5층을 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 올라가야했던 것이 가장 힘들었네요. 아침식사는 B&B 라는 이름과는 거리가 있었네요. 방 자체는 넓고 에어컨이 있어서 시원하게 보냈어요. 방 안에 회징실은 없지만 방 건너편에 프라이빗 욕실이 있어요. 개인열쇠로 사용하는 욕실이라 괜찮았어요. 기차로 여행을 한다면 위치는 정말 최고지만, 신시가지와는 거리가 조금 떨어져있어요. 주변에 슈퍼도 하나 없어요. 주인은 친절한 편이고, 영어도 조금 해서 도움이 되었어요.
