The staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is convenient with shopping, dining, and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. It even has an elevator! Our room was very spacious too.

This is a very unique property. It is not for handicapped or elderly people as there can be steps in the rooms. Our room was very quiet, clean and quite lovely. Each room is unique. Giada couldn't have been more helpful - she was great. The breakfast was quite complete. The area right around the hotel is quiet, but Palermo is very busy!

The property was lovely and we particularly enjoyed the Juliette balcony in our room (Morgana) on the top floor. It is also a couple of blocks away from the main street, so quiet while still being accessible to everywhere you want to be. Breakfast is served in a delightful outdoor space. And the staff could not have tried any harder to ensure our stay was wonderful. Five stars.

Wonderful and charming B&B in central location

We had a great stay at this B&B! It is centrally located and it's easy to get around the historic area. The rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The spa was delightful and much needed after walking around all day. Giada and the staff were very accommodating and helped me to be able to eat breakfast with my food allergies. I really appreciated this and it relieved a lot of concerns about food. I would highly recommend the Locanda Sette Fate for anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Palermo!

Unique City Centre location

Great location to centre of town. Parking was interesting and limited. Getting to hotel in centre of town is challenging and GPS navigation isn't very reliable on these ancient roads. Price you pay to stay close to the hub of the city. Host Giada was excellent, helpful and delightful. Breakfast was good too.

The property itself nice and the room were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming with tips on what to see. The area the hotel is in is a 5 min walk to the main street with restaurants and shops, in the day was fine. Would not recommend walking the other direction in the evening around hotel as it definitely had a sketchy feeling, also as evidenced by guests to make sure the exterior gate and lobby doors were locked anytime you were leaving. My main complaint was that we booked 2 nights through expedia (with hotel not full) and it only included using the common hot tub for 1 hour for 1 person for entire stay! If other family member wanted to use it for 1 hour it was 15 euros per person per time. It was a nice hot tub but nothing special or spectacular- not a "spa" by any means. Such a strange petty cash grab and never seen any hotel do this in a lot of years traveling. Expedia should make this policy more transparent in its listing.

Lovely property full of character, it did have an elevator that was cleverly placed to not keep the integrity and character. We had the last room on top with the shower in the middle of the room. The room was spacious, water did take a while to heat up. Breakfast got redundant after 4 mornings, boiled eggs, pastry, 3 slices of cheese, meat and toast. Had my fill of persimmons, they did have a bowl of mixed fruits on each table and yogurt. Maybe since it was winter would have loved some warm food even the boiled eggs were cold. Giada was lovely, very helpful about the area and giving us all needed information.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property, located in the heart of all the Palermo action. The staff are incredibly helpful — Marta helped us get to the hotel and connected via WhatsApp prior to arrival, ensuring we got there safe and sound. The rooms were tastefully decorated, spotless and encapsulated a quintessential Sicilian experience. One of our favourite parts of the stay was the breakfast that featured an array of local delicacies, the most scrumptious baked goods, and friendly service. Finally, Giada helped coordinate a smooth check out and went over and beyond to receive our lost baggage at the front desk after we had left. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Grazi!!!

First, our host Marta was outstanding. It’s evident she cares for her space and welcomes everyone in. The grounds are clean and offers a beautiful, traditional experience. There’s extra space for guests with a rooftop terrace and an attached wine/ beverage room. The breakfast had a wonderful spread and all the food was fresh. The daily breakfast was held in a courtyard which was very tranquil. We were in the Astrea room occupying both rooms and it was a great setup with two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms with a shared living space. We will most definitely be staying here again when we visit Palermo.

Einfach schön und sehr gut, zentral gelegen. Giada ist wirklich sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist sicher und die Unterkunft etwas abseits in einer kleinen Seitengasse von den Touristenwegen gelegen. Bis Quatro Canti sind es weniger als 5 Gehminuten. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles in allem 5 von 5 Sterne mit richtig viel italienischem Flair. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie per tutto 8]
