We enjoyed our stay in. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to historic size, restaurants and shops. The hotel has charm in. The Staff was very nice. The morning breakfast was excellent, and made to order. The room itself was attractive, however, we needed a second Bed, which was not comfortable. Unfortunately, at times, the Wi-Fi did not work well at all.

I recently stayed at Plazzo del poeta and honestly it was the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This historic Plaza in central Palermo is absolutely stunning. The rooms and common areas are beautifully furnished with much character and charm. You really feel like you’re staying somewhere special and traditional. The stuff were warm welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect breakfast was great too nice way to start food. Location couldn’t be better right in the centre walking distance to everything.

Immaculate hotel within walking distance of all major attractions. Special shoutout to Georgia and Simona for their utmost professionalism and friendliness. We were constantly asked if everything was OK with our room and the service provided. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. We travelled to other parts of Sicily following our stay and Simona kindly arranged private transfer at a very reasonable price. Last, but not the least, the hotel architecture was a treat to the eyes. Overall - Outstanding!

Loved the uniqueness of hotel. No 24 hr reception and staff seemed to change regularly however there is a phone number to call if needed. The staff I encountered were very nice. Breakfast was great and cafe staff were lovely. Quiet location in laneway and close to centre of town. Be aware there is no lift and the stairs are deep. A staff member carried my bags for me. The airport transfer company they used turned out to be a nightmare for me but that was more about the provider. I was initially told by hotel staff I could pay through hotel, when collected was told by another staff member I was to pay driver. I asked repeatedly if I could pay with credit card and once underway was told I had to pay in cash as eftpos machine broken that day - caused great problems. They wouldn’t give me change etc so would definitely arrange to pay online prior or to hotel before any transfer.

The staff were so kind and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is beautiful and an easy distance to great restaurants, shopping and to get to explore downtown Palermo including the markets.

Great stay!

Very good stay! The staff was very helpful and prompt with anything we needed. The room and facility was just gorgeous! The location was excellent as well - walking distance to all the main sites, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

We had the pleasure of staying in this hidden gem in Palermo. The owners are terrific, and went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect, and close to everything in Palermo.
