The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing!! Walking distance from shopping and subway and bus transportation. Only thing we didn’t like was how hard the beds were and how tiny the pool was but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was nice. The staff was excellent, very nice and professional! The room itself was large for a downtown NY hotel and the location is excellent! Right in Times Square and very close to the Port Authority bus depot. The breakfast was a bit lame but it comes with the room so at least you aren’t paying extra for it. I would have liked a fridge in my room and I did put a note on my reservation for one (you cannot reserve in advance) but when I got there they told me if I wanted a fridge I’d have to move to a queen room which I did not want. So no fridge. I’m not sure if any king rooms have fridges or not. I was under the impression that they were portable. All in all the hotel was nice and I would likely stay there again.

The hotel is older, but clean and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. All the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. My only wish is that they offered coffee!
