"The beach is nice and clean but the hotel close it for guest use from 8 pm to 7 am The property condition is poor - broken tile, outdated furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, no safe in the room, etc. At arrival I had to wait one hour before they check in a large group of guests. "This property abd location is absolutely unique and is ‘bucket list material’ for sure. The small appartment has excellent hotel standard and the view from the room is breathtaking. On top og that, the whole concept of living in the once abandoned and now revigorated, small and beautiful village, Pentidattilo, is a great experience! The service is superb! "La camera era piccola, il 3 letto era una branda priva di abat-jour e di interruttore, per comodino una specie di bidoncino. Lo split per riscaldare era rumoroso, arredi datati , ambiente un po' squallido. Molto bene il ristorante purtroppo il televisore acceso disturbava molto e inutile la nostra richiesta di abbassarne il volume . Personale gentilissimo e disponile. Il parcheggio disponibile ma un po' complicato."
