"Absolutely very poor quality of property. I have already lodged my complaint with Expedia and sent all details including pictures. I want discount on my rates. The properties at the same rate in the area are much superior."
"Reception person was playing the game or message on whatapp during my check in, he's very rude. Tooth blush was not there in the room, it's okay. so I requested it but nobody came more than 20 min. Staffs can't understand English. Anyway it's better to not stay for foreigners. There is the reason that price is cheaper than others."

"totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights:
