It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"The best thing about this property is convenience: ski school, bus stop, ski rental, ski lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."

"Pool was beautiful, easy walking to old town Annecy. Rooms were amazing. Since most European showers don’t have full doors, I found this little perk so amazing to close a shower fully! Cafe downstairs was great. Pool service would be nice (quiet and no service) and it would be cool if they had a shuttle to their sister property, Imperial. Also, you need to make reservations at the main restaurant FYI. Overall, great place to stay!!!"

"Amazing experience from the start at the concierge desk with Jose. Great personality, professionalism, friendliness! Ask him for a map of suggested areas of interest and unsafe areas of the city, and ask him for "staff's pick" of restaurants. It is extremely helpful. All staff members were friendly and helpful, but Jose went above and beyond expectations! Hotel is conveniently close to train and bus station, and popular tourist attractions."

"I really liked staying on this side of town. It's much quieter than the city center and it's a lovely walk along the lake to get into the city center (and there's the bus as plan b). Highly recommend the nearby bakery of Pan & Gatô for great croissants, sandwiches, tarts, etc. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Liked having my a private little patio."
