"Wow, what an amazing destination and property. We looked through numerous property options but kept finding ourselves considering the Hyatt. And there is zero regret. In fact, if we come back, I’m not sure I’d consider anywhere else. Clean, spacious, great pools, amazing beach, wonderful service. Special shout out to Miro, Mario, Juan Carlos, and Diana at the pool bar. Fantastic people with great service. Loved this place so much. "

"The resort is gorgeous and peaceful and extremely clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food at the resort is delicious. Restaurants and shops were right across the street from the resort. The property was perfect, and we had a wonderful trip."

"We really loved our stay at Divi Phoenix 5/30/25-6/3/25. The property was beautiful in an excellent location that was walking distance to many things in town. Our room was comfortable and clean, plenty of room to spread out! We loved our pool bartender Dino, he made our time there so enjoyable. The beach on property offered plenty of chairs and palapas that we enjoyed every day! There are 2 hot tubs that we enjoyed everyday as well. Thank you so much for having us and we will be back! "
