However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Our room was spacious and comfortable, blending traditional style with modern touches. The staff were warm, attentive, and made everything easy without ever being intrusive. We loved dining outdoors — fresh dishes with amazing flavors, and the whole setting felt magical. It’s the perfect escape from the busy Medina, yet close enough when you want to explore.
