"We loved our stay during Easter weekend, room was clean and spacious, staff was all welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our time at the pool, the most sane chaotic family resort experience we have had thus far. We enjoyed the complimentary bikes, loved our dining experience at Tia Carmen- food was excellent. The cocktails at the bar were excellent. The pool food was pretty good for poolside service and came out quick. My only complaint would be that you must get up at the crack of dawn to find a pool chair as they are saved by families early in the morning and impossible to find if you arrive past 9am. We did get lucky after lunch time when a family left and booked a daybed for the following day to avoid this issue. I would say you must plan ahead if you want a comfortable spot by the pool when visiting on a busy weekend. Regardless we had an amazing stay and will definitely plan to come back soon as our son had an amazing time. "

The only drawback is the service is slow. everything about this place encourages you to slow down and soak it all in. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing desert getaway."
