"I was extremely busy during my stay and didn't have a chance to enjoy the crystal clear pool, or other amenities, but absolutely enjoyed the clean, spacious suite with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Some of the staff were wonderful, notably the chief engineer and the office manager, but the desk clerk on duty over the weekend was purely awful and lowered the rating by two full stars. She went out of her way to be unhelpful and nonresponsive when I asked, for example, to have a broken toaster replaced or for information about reserving rooms for a family gathering in October. If you are unfortunate enough to encounter her, hold on to your patience and know that the rest of your stay will be worth the effort of finding someone else to answer your questions or help you out."

"One of our favorite locations to spend family time. Great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The best part of the rooms is having an entire kitchen and living room so the entire family can have their own space. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to our needs we will definitely be back next year."

"The Courtyard Marriott in Palm Springs, California, was absolutely lovely! The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was immaculately clean, which I always appreciate. The only issue I had was with the air conditioning. It was 115 degrees outside, and while we were certainly not hot in the room, I would have liked the option to adjust the temperature and make it a little cooler. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return!"
