We had a great stay at Exotic Dreams. The location is unbeatable, and it's definitely a good deal for Palm Springs. We felt comfortable and got good sleep. There are ample swimming pools, and all the staff go above and beyond to accommodate. Will stay here again.

Great place

Place was nice and clean very roomy very friendly service. The only problem that I had the floor is very slippery on the shower almost fell other than that I was wonderful.

Exotic Dreams was in a wonderful location. We had an easy and smooth check in. Property is currently about to under go some renovations. I would like to come back and see the upgrades.

The best part of this resort is the staff. They are very nice, helpful and accommodating. They also allowed us to check in early at 1pm with no additional cost! They moved us to a bigger and better room too. Whenever we needed assistance, they were ready to help and made sure that everything we needed would be addressed. Can't wait to go back. And their pools and hot tubs were amazing as well!

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, but overall this was easy enough for the wedding we went to. Definitely had funny vibes and I think might be a LGBTQ hotel? Not sure because it wasn’t a party weekend, but served its purpose. Thanks!

Maybe a nice place in its day, but its day is long ago. Very sparse, could have used another blanket but no one is onsite from 9pm to 9am. No bathmat, no water glasses. Very expensive for what you get here.

For party people (weekends)

There s a couple of things i didnt expect upon check in that maybe a cultural thing in palm springs? The hotel name suggests it. Once you check in, go explore the entire area... As far as stay, we got there during a quiet day and evening. Big room abd clean and comfy. We just had a hard time with the hot water and shower. Worth the price. I think it would have been different a party setting on weekends. We re still thankful for a restful evening.

Not for families, run down, pool not heated. Jacuzzi not working, minimum staff... .management non existent Police involved in marital fight. Ultimately will never recommend any stay or even overnight. Dismal room setup... TV never worked people complaining and leaving asap, tragic unsafe ugly.

3rd stay here, probably won’t be back for awhile

It was our 3rd stay in 3yrs, and it’s definitely gone downhill every stay since. The property grounds aren’t kept up, weeds growing out of the cracks in the concrete around the pools. The main pool is always cloudy after the weekend party’s, and isn’t cleaned again until before the next weekend, so the weekday guests have to deal with a dirty pool. There were empty cups and used towels left out around the pool. Cleanliness and attention to detail is really what’s missing. Our room was in the 100’s hall area around the main pool, and we must have killed 20 cockroaches within our 2 night stay, 2 of them were BIG! An exterminator is needed ASAP! I never leave bad reviews, unless I really want the property to read it, and make the necessary adjustments. I hope they see this. Until next time….maybe.
