Late check is reserved for platinum members of the hotel group. The hotel was not crowded or near to 1/2 capacity. To be told that if I join right now, they can extend a 30 minute grace period for check out was insulting. Great location with amazing roof top view but I will be going to the Thompson hotel on my next visit to Palm Springs.
