"Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice."

"Unfortunately the pool was out of use during our stay, although we were only there for one night! Our room was on the ground floor near reception and could be a little noisy. However, the hotel was very clean and in a great location. "

"The breakfast menu was wide-ranging and very tasty. Staff were superb and very helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were lovely. The pool was well-looked after and cleaned thoroughly. "

"Staff were rude at times. I had to upgrade to fit our family in the room and the whole stay, they kept telling me the room was for 3 x people only, even to the point of housekeeping coming back to remove the extra bed they had just put up! Our room number was neither on any breakfast sheets so were always questioned if we had paid for it or not. No information on how to try the kids club. Spa staff were rude, wouldn’t even let the kids wear goggles to swim in the pool. Not a 5* experience. The hotel itself is nice and very well done."
