Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Beds made every day. New towels every day if required. Good selection of food at breakfast. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Porto Pi shopping centre near to the cruise ships and ferries. 45 minutes walk to the cathedral and old town but a taxi will get you there in minutes. Excellent all round.

Very helpful team from check-in to queries throughout our stay and at check-out. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options with also some health. Swimming pool area was lovely, with a variety of seating/lounger/beds. Life guard on duty kept everything ordered and tidy as folks arrived and left. Was a lovely spontaneous and unexpected touch for a gift to be left in our room on the day of my partner's birthday during our stay. Really enjoyed ourselves and we had a fabulous stay - thank you!!

The hotel is new, so all the areas are very well preserved and clean. The room was big and comfortable . Loved the full lengh mirror in the bedroom. It could have a microwave and a kettle. The pool was beautiful, but you can only be inside up to 7pm, which is not nice for the summer season (up to 9 would be perfect). The gym is small, but really good. The guys in the reception are very gentle. Overall, my stay was good, but its position up the hill made the accesss a bit difficult.

Nice modern decoration. Clean and comfortable room. Location is near other hotels, but a little far from city attractions. Limited parking available. No services available after certain hours. No room service at any time of the day. Reception staff was very nice and willing to help, but restaurant people were kind of rude.

Definitely it is not a hotel with score 9/10 in hotels.com I made wrong decision based on score and number of votes; after checking-in, I just checked reviewes and found many complain about ranking and score of this hotel.

Väldigt trevlig personal, god frukost. Dock är det högt beläget vilket gör att man behöver ta taxi eller buss till stranden eller in till Palma centrum. Väljer man att ta taxi från hotellet, fixar dem fram en taxi på max en minut - väldigt god service.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious! The pool was great. We had parking on the property it was super convenient (€10/night). We walked to great restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a car because it’s outside of Palma.

Litt langt fra det meste, men helt ok hotell

40årslag så var en del av en større gruppe, virket som om de i resepsjonen hadde første dag på jobb hver dag, alt skulle gjøre av 3 personer og tok en evighet, å bestille passe størrelse taxi var også svært utfordrende. Frokost og bar folkene var til gjengjeld skrudd på.

Fint hotel. Inget märkvärdigt. Hotellet hade fina rum inget extra. Relativt hårda sängar. Fint poolområde och gym fanns tillgängligt. Poolen har sol hela dagen från morgon till kväll. Okej frukost med rätt bra utbud. Dock var det ganska smutsigt på golv vid allmänna utrymmen så som pool, gymets toalett. Rekommenderar att äta någon annanstans än på hotellet - maten var så där. Överlag trevlig vistelse med ett standard hotell, perfekt för bara några nätter. Ligger nära ”centrum” med butiker och restauranger vilket var trevligt. Ca 20 min från flygplats med taxi. Väldigt lugnt område,

Trevligt hotell var här under lågsäsong, bra service. Enkel frukost men ändå med de mest basica produkterna så bra. Bakdelen att de ligger högt upp på berg så är man inte mycket för att vandra så ska man ta ett nere vid vattnet eller i staden
