Very good value for money hotel, just a short walk from the beach. Very clean, excellent buffet for the price, comfy beds, good shower. Only thing i would have liked is coffee/tea facilities in the room,, and a couple more English channels.on the tv. Very German orientated, but would recommended for anyone.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. We were half board and found that there was a good selection of freshly prepared food for breakfast and dinner. Most of the other guests were German and there were no English language channels on the TV. Hotel was handy for bus stops to Palma and the airport and a short walk from the beach

Good quality hotel with good location and short walk to the beach. The staff mainly does not speak English, German preferred. For me it was not a problem.

SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY! Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade. If not for the issue above, the stay would have been mediocre at best anyway, food was incredibly average, pool was cold, definitely learnt my lesson staying at a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for I guess.

Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer alt, Badtüre teilweise mit Löchern, bwz. starke Beschädigungen, Kleiderschrank total schmutzig, es lagen noch Sachen vom Vorgänger im Schrank. Frühstück war gut, allerdings fand ich es sehr übertrieben als ich meinen restlichen Kaffee mit raus auf die Terrasse nehmen wollte und wir ein Zigarettchen dazu rauchen wollten, er mir abgenommen und weggeschüttet wurde. Kommentar war, das darf man nur bis 09:00 Uhr da dann die Bar öffnet und wir uns einen Kaffee da kaufen sollen. Am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück wurden wir beim Verlassen des Speisesaales genau beobachtet und der "Sheriff" des Speisesaales flitzte schnell zum Ausgang. Auch negativ zu bewerten ist als ich fragte ob uns jemand unsere 2 Koffer ins Auto heben kann (da ich im Heben leider eingeschränkt bin) der Kommentar "diesen Service bieten wir nicht an"

Los trabajadores tanto del comedor como de la recepcion excelentes, la media pension variada y más que aceptable. Las instalaciones más que aceptables. Hemos salido encantados del hotel. Como punto de mejora, en nuestra habitacion hacia falta, y digo quizas, limpiar los filtros del aire. Mi valoracion es de 9 sobre 10. :-)

Ruhige Lage , Strandnähe, gemütliche Betten, Zimmer 712 perfekte Aussicht, Frühstück war gut, Abendessen nicht ganz unser Geschmack , Frühstücksraum wirkt etwas kalt und Kantinenmäßig! Zimmer sauber, ganzes Hotel sauber, roch jeden Morgen sehr frisch nach dem putzen! Poolanlage auch sehr schön!
