The hotel was good. Hotels.com terrible service. Arrived at 00.40 we were north even on the system so had to wait nearly 2hrs before we got a room We had to phone Hotels.com our selves it was

I only stayed at this hotel for 1.5 nights , 1 full day due to my return flight being cancelled at the gate at midnight so it's difficult to review. The El CID where I stayed for 5 nights was far nicer and in a much better location with lovely views and good selection of tasty food, on the beach, sea view, definitely recommend EL CID HOTEL. EXCELLENT! Rooms with sea view/balcony, very clean, spotless and tastefully decorated/interior .

English wasn’t really spoken at hotel so we struggled to check in and order food. Had to pay €2 per day to hire a pool towel. Shower room had no towels or soap so had to use dirty pool towels.

This is a nice hotel and quiet when I was there. At check in you have to sign a rule sheet which seems designed to emphasis quiet and order. I didn't experience any problems and I didn't have to wear a wrist band during the shoulder season. The no guests in your room policy is likely meant to discourage noise in the rooms. My only discomfort was it was a bit cold at night and there isn't a warm blanket on the bed nor heat available on the thermostat. I'd stay here again.

Für den tollen Preis bekommt man ein wirklich gutes Hotel. Besonders der Pool und das Personal sind klasse. Zimmer groß und sauber, einfach und zentral. Lage zum Strand fünf Minuten zu Fuss. Lage zum Bierkönig 8 Minuten. Lage zum Supermarkt 1 Minute. Frühstück sollte man nehmen, es schmeckt und ist appetitlich angerichtet und alles top angerichtet. Die Renovierung wertet das Ganze wohlwollend auf. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Mal wieder 3-4 Sterne an der Playa gebucht. Und dafür erfüllt das Hotel alle Kriterien. Super schneller Online-Checkin, nettes Personal, top Frühstücksbuffet, renovierte Zimmer und toller Poolbereich. Wir kommen wieder.

Für ein kurzes Wochenende war alles super, Personal am Empfang etwas schwierig mit der Kommunikation. Überall verbotsschilder aber sonst alles in Ordnung, Pool sehr sauber, essensauswahl dort sehr gut und auch Personal freundlich!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat zu jedem Anliegen eine Antwort parat gehabt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden auch immer gut gereinigt. Das einzige was Stört sind die Duschen. Der Duschvorhang ist zu kurz und es führt dazu, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche fließt. Man veranstaltet also jedes Mal eine Überflutung in Bad und Hotelzimmer. Das Mindeste wäre es hierbei neue Duschvorhänge anzubringen, die mindestens 5 cm länger sind. Ansonsten waren wir aber super zufrieden und würden das Hotel auch nochmal buchen.

Perfekte Lage ! Strand in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar und wenn Party gewünscht sind es 10-15 Minuten maximal zur Schinkenstraße. Einzigste kleines Manko kein Rauchen auf dem Balkon aber auch das ist kein Weltuntergang

Die Nähe zur Partymeile , top. Das einzige was ich nicht mochte waren die handtücher vom hotel, null saugfähig und danach überall weisse fussel am körper. Einen Aufenthalt würde ich immer wieder empfehlen.

Clean, Good location, and nice view.

The hotel was very clean, there was constantly people cleaning the lobby/indoor areas during the day & the pool area and rooms were immaculate. I am always pleased about clean bathrooms and this place definitely delivered. Drink options by the pool bar were limited but reasonably priced. Do be aware that it is VERY german here, however all staff speak english also so no issue with communication. They were reasonably friendly and said hi when we walked past, and were helpful whenever we asked for help. You can only leave your bags until 9pm after check out despite the 24/7 reception which was a bit of a bummer but we could work around it. We did get told off for playing music in the room in the evening - but that was our fault for not reading the rules properly, although the staff member that told us off was quite grumpy. We requested a room with a sea view and we got one which we were very pleased with despite it being back off the sea front. The pool was perfect, and there were jets on during our last day. Short walk to a SPAR for water/drinks/limited essentials, and a short 5-8 min walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.
