This hotel was such a treat. The location is perfect once you are able to locate it. The rooms are update and clean. Storage space for clothing is a little sparse but manageable. The staff is extraordinary and the breakfast provides more delicious choices than you can imagine. Don’t even consider staying anywhere else to enjoy Mallorca.

Second stay at this hotel so it’s obvious that I like it. Tucked away in the centre of Palma one street back from a main shopping street it’s a calm, clean, comfortable and well-run hotel. Breakfast is simple but good quality food served in the courtyard. A disappointment this time was that the roof terrace was closed. We had enjoyed taking a break from walking around Palma by relaxing in the day beds there last time and hadn’t been warned that it was closed. When it’s open it’s a lovely spot. Hotel did best to mitigate the closure by arranging for us to use the rooftop area at a sister hotel on the day we left.

Very welcoming staff and perfect location for exploring. Some of the amenities they advertise as available such as combs and tissue paper were not available and the room had a number of questionable stains. They also did not change our sheets during the stay despite us placing their provided “change sheets” card on the bed.

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Fantastic location. Room nice but could be improved. Great toiletries, I would like to have tissues in room and not have to ask at reception. I would recommend this hotel.
