My mum and I had the most wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff was beyond helpful and kind, the room was lovely - the beds super comfy. Fabulous location very near the shops and cathedral. Breakfast gorgeous - so much choice. Spotlessly clean. Recommend a day trip to Soller - its 45 minutes away and you won't be disappointed.

Spacious room. Bathroom with a shower and 2 wash basins. We had The 5th floor in the new building with the roof terrace above us. We were able to leave our bags early in reception and Guillia sent us a message when the room was ready allowing us to check in 2 hours earlier. Breakfast was fresh with fruit, yogurt, bread, cakes. The staff was incredible, Robe the bartender was great! He was engaging friendly and really took care of myself and my group of friends during our stay. Alan checked us in and was so nice and helpfully throughout the entirety of our stay. The hotel itself is super beautiful clean and has breakfast included with our stay which was very convenient. The food is always super fresh and tasty. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough to have our luggage is open.
