Staff was nice, and hotel room was good size / clean. However it doesn’t seem like their communication in regards to security check was disclosed. A friend and I stayed during F1, without much notice the security attempted to enter into our room while one of us was showering. Even though they were told multiple times that one was shower and the other doing an exam. Another thing that wasn’t communicated during check in was the charge for wifi, they charged us $283 for 4 days of wifi. WiFi costs were not told to us before, an when we inquired about these charges we were just dismissed by the lady at the guest services desk.

Great room, great staff. Each member of the security team was more than helpful and more than kind. We unfortunately needed the EMTs for my wife’s nose bleed and they were great. Kenneth from security was the first to arrive and before he left made sure my wife was fine. The maid service was also really helpful!

Beautiful property , big rooms, great restaurant options. Concierge very helpful. Took 3 requests to have luggage brought to room. Water main break was inconvenient. Like most places in Vegas, everything is very expensive.

Very convenient location. Very kind and helpful staff. Our room had wet carpeting upon arrival, the toilet gurgled all night and there was a clanging noise all night like a banging on pipes.
