"I enjoyed my stay! Each and every staff member I came in contact with was professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The shuttle drivers, front desk agents (all of them) including the young lady that held my belongings at the front desk, the staff during check in and check out, the staff at the bar, management in the hallway, all the way down to the housekeeper that was on my floor that greeted me with a smile on my arrival 3/14 3:30-4pm. Great staff and management! Property is 10 minutes from the airport, walking distances from the local shopping mall and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and you can hear everything. Also, the rooms can use a little up to date glam. I didn’t order room service so unfortunately I can’t give my opinion on the food. "

"One of the dryers doesn’t work well. Our tv was broken and then they moved us into another room with another broken tv. There was a huge hairball in the bathroom, and burned holes in the carpet. For 300+ dollars for two nights not including the 45$/night parking fee it was super subpar. "

"Asked for extra towels one evening and they kept saying they send someone over. We called twice and finally fell asleep without a shower. I should also add this was a suite for 5 people and there were only 3 towels available. I called back next morning and again they told me they would send someone. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to manager that my extra towels showed up. "
