The manager was warm and welcoming, check in super fast. Room clean and spacious. The only down was a noisy HVAC system.

I loved the hotel with everything they provided. If you stay a couple of nights, they dont mind to clean your room at all. The only complaint is probably the refrigerator, it just wasnt cold enough, especially i set the temperature to the lowest, unfortunately it did not work. I still give this place a solid 9.5 out of 10.

Quiet and central location
I spent a week here visiting family in the area and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The area was very quiet, as were all of the other guests. I liked spending time in the area near the front of the property with the fountain and greenery. It was a very zen atmosphere that I appreciated.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were well cleaned. The free soda, water, and snacks was a really nice treat. The rooms are small and could use some better upkeep. If you get a bottom floor room you will hear the upstairs rooms.

There are caves with fresh flowers in the room. I counted 7 outlets for charging devices! It’s close to restaurants. Pillows are good but the beds are too firm for me.

Slept soundly as even its an older refurbished inn, we were happy not to have the noisy floor/window heat and air conditioning units. It was so quiet and so comfortable we both slept great.

I liked all of the property. Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time at the inn. I thought the grounds and all of the property I could see was very clean and neat. I would be happy to recommend the inn to anyone who might be going to Palo Alto.

Clean and Inviting
The hotel and staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and provided a relaxing place to spend the night. The grounds are well light which gave peace of mind for our vehicles.

This place was awesome. They gave us free snacks and they had razor, toothbrushes in the bathroom. We loved our stay.
