"Pros: The Manor restaurant with special shout out to Naresh, Joytiprakash, Gautam and Sumit. They made our stay special. All the staff are very courteous and friendly. Negs: Even after we had asked prior to booking, to ensure no disruption to our stay, there was work and filming for their website which meant loss of 2 days of the Manor pool and private beach. Miri restaurant remodel has meant loss of all character and style. Food was poor and feel is now of a local coffee shop. Real...

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location with limited choice of local amenities in the surrounding area. Great use of the local transfer to the the beach Joecons restaurant. Food excellent with a wide choice at breakfast and also at dinner. Pity limited sunbeds at the pool. Great service from the reception manager Vincent and team who was very accommodating. Cleaning staff who cleaned our room was also accommodating when we requested little extras. "

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"

"Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "

"A great location in between Patnem and Palolem (both are walkable in 10-15 minutes) in the lovely, quiet village of Colomb. Close to some great spots to watch sunset. Clean and comfortable room, good desk space, and nice balcony. Helpful staff. Would recommend."

"The rooms were clean, the apartment has a security. The pool is clean. Family friendly. There are a couple of eateries nearby. And patnem beach is 10 mins walk. Great place to book for solo or group or families."
