"Hot water run out after one person's shower. Common area shower dirty and smelly. No light in shower area. Aircon remote with expired batteries. Fan in toilet broken. Staff claimed 'this had never happened before'. Given the number of defects, I find this hard to believe. There are better, and cleaner options around. Avoid this one."
