The staff was super friendly! The room was super nice. Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Swam in their indoor pool a couple times. The pool area needs some work, but still enjoyed it.

The exterior was under construction which I understand so no judgement. Overall, the staff was friendly and personal. Pampa gets a bad reputation but every time I’m there, everyone is super friendly.

Misty was amazing with my reservations! We have handicapped parents traveling with us as well as my daughter and granddaughter and she was incredibly helpful to be sure we had the right rooms to make our stay easy! She is a super hard worker and always ready to jump up and he’ll! The other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as well!
