Good hotel close to town centre

Good location, short bus Ride or 20 min walk to centre of Pamplona. Staff helpful, great buffet breakfast, mini bar in room - expensive. Comfortable beds. Hotel bar is soulless and closes early. Use local bars around the corner. Hotel is good for a large corporate hotel that will have weddings and business events going on during your stay.

Rather basic for a 4 star hotel

Rather average for a 4 star hotel. Rather like a tired Holiday Inn. Very noisy partying either in the hotel or close by until the early hours

Enjoyed our stay to run with the bulls.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet neighborhood with a bit of a walk to the old town (about 20 minutes but nice). Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean all around. Would stay there again.

Cramped Family room

We were a group of 6 friends on visit to the Pamplona Bull run festival and booked 2 family rooms. Our rooms were not ready by our check in time at 3:30 pm. One room was given later and another after 30 minutes of waiting. The family room was cramped and the sofa cum double bed was made up and we could not make it as a sofa. It was actually 2 rooms combined to one and the toilet was also made as one. The breakfast was good with little service.Opposite to the hotel there is a market complex with many food courts. We went there for our food. Overall not a bad experience.
