This hotel is perfect if you want to go up the pamukkale hill. The staff were polite and kind . The room was of good size . Breakfast was not good as food and fruit were left on the table before you sat down so there were fly's landing on the food.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a positive impression on me. While it may show some signs of age, the facilities are quite good and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, which made my stay comfortable. The staff/owner were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The location is another highlight, as it is very close to the North Gate of Pamukkale, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its charm, cleanliness, and excellent service.

The hotel is amazing. The owner (?) Mr. Hakan is very friendly and helpful. Parking is available at hotel and there were plenty of food options nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

I arrived in Pamukkale early in the morning 6:30a went to the Hieropalis and returned to the hotel at 8:30a well before scheduled check in. The host invited me to have some breakfast while they made up a room for me. This would not happen in Australia. Such a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are wonderful. The owner Mr. Hakan was very friendly and helpful. He helped us get a good deal for hot air balloon and has given us good information on the area. The breakfast was also good. The location is just right across pamukalle and has various food options. Great hotel!

We arrived early to this hotel so they welcomed us and found parking for our car . We walked to the Pamukkale mountain which was very close to the hotel . The room was ready for us in the afternoon it was spacious, clean with air condition and fridge. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast starts early at 8 and was a verity of food and delicious. The price was more convenient than other hotels in the same area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel

Great location, ok accommodation

Our stay was ok for one night. I find it unusual not to have a top sheet or a blanket /quilt with a cover, instead there is a light blanket as the top cover. Breakfast was ok; there is a fantastic view to the terraces with hot air balloons floating above. It is also an excellent starting point to walk from the bottom of the terraces, approx 200m to the entrance gate. Hosts at reception were nice

I have stayed here previously, and would stay here again. The location is great, rooms are clean but most importantly the family that run it are amazing. They are all about making you feel at home and offering fantastic service. We departed and half hour out on a small back road we got a fly tyre, we couldn’t get a response from Avis so I called Hotel Alida and he immediately arranged for someone to come and help us. They are truly caring people. Highly highly recommend.
