"Clean hotel but amenities not as advertised. Restaurant wasn't open or on limited menu majority of our stay, certain drinks/menu items were only available at the outdoor bar not indoor bar and vice versa, indoor bar often unstaffed, Jelly's shop only stays open until 5pm and there isn't actual room service. This hotel has the potential to be very nice and resort like feel if they would just make all the amenities available to you. Otherwise very nice, almost like private beach access and the umbrella rental company is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Balconies are only on ocean front side and the hotel's location is a little far down from most of the shops and restaurants so not as walkable feel as other places we have stayed in PCB. Breakfast was OK, but again if bacon is available at the downstairs shop to purchase on a breakfast sandwich, why is it not a buffet option upstairs? I realize some of this is nitpicking but I just expected a little more for the price I paid. In the future I would book a less premium hotel just to be in a better location, since most of the extras weren't really available to us anyway. But again very clean, nice ambience, loved the outdoor bar and pool setup. 8/10"
