  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This was an AMAZING property for the 4th of July holiday! We were able to be right on the beach ; watching the main firework event from our balcony! We have a family of 4 and it was fine, as far as space. (The master bedroom could benefit upgrading to a King bed). Listed Queen, but it seemed smaller. The second FULL bath was a super PLUS!! This review is UNIT SPECIFIC. Make sure to select this exact property because there are units that are ACROSS from the beach and not at this specific building. The Edge water resorts has multiple buildings. I would say the unit was clean, but a little outdated as far as the appliances.
