Rented room 251 on this site. Received a phone call stating that unit had been sold and was offered room 431. When i received my confirmation my room number was 1107. That room had roaches and was nothing like the pictures i looked at when making the booking. I did complain and was moved to 1312 which was much nicer. The next day there was a sign posted in the elevator that pest control would be there for the 4th and 5th floor but not the 11th floor. They had 5 elevators. Most days only 1 or 2 worked. Fire dept showed up, apparently there is a wiring issue in the building set off fire alarms all the time. The beach was wonderful!

Amenities were nice but the property itself was outdated and dirty. The room was dirty and had lots of bad finishes. The beach, pools, and the tiki hut was the best part of this property.
