Newer hotel; clean and comfortable. Close to everything but not close enough to walk. Breakfast was completely gone 30 minutes prior to the posted time including coffee which was supposed to be available even longer.

The property was in excellent condition, it looked new. Rooms have everything you need for a lengthy stay, coffee maker, dishes, full refrigerator. Very clean, extra large bathroom.

Couldn’t check in until 6:30 on a Wednesday night. Lots of excuses about being full and not having rooms ready timely but the next morning I noticed no one started cleaning rooms until about 10 am. Seems like poor planning and time management

Everything was wonderful, the only little issue we had is that we booked this specific place because of the breakfast and we went down an hour before breakfast was over and there was only eggs and dry oatmeal. Everything else was wonderful!

Pros: Suite was roomy and clean. The hotel felt fresh and welcoming. Service at front desk was fabulous. Cons: No tap to pay, laundry area is coin operated only, breakfast was ok.

The room was spacious for two adults and 5 kids. The breakfast was a hit with all of us and everything was clean. I would definitely stay again.

It’s not the big things that make your stay pleasant it’s the little things. Like having hot coffee in the morning I asked the staff member for hot coffee and they said it was available in my room but I didn’t wanna wake up my wife. They said they had just made the coffee, but it was not fresh, at room temperature. It’s the little things like that that make the difference. As Sam Winston used to say if that person was working for me they wouldn’t be working for me.

This place was great overall - from the variety of breakfast, and friendliness of the staff, you always felt comfortable going in and out at your own convenience. The isolated location made it feel private, but also close enough to enjoy the park pier shopping and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the beach made it easy for day trips in the sun without needing to drive. The only downside is the street access from the parking lot, directly onto a highway. Would stay again!

The only thing I wish this hotel had was an atm so that I can take out cash to use the in-building laundry facility other than that my stay was excellent.

Well it is a nice place, and some of the staff does there cleaning and making sure they do their job. But some could care less. I have allergies to animals I ask the girl if they use different rooms for animals and she said yes. Well I don't believe that for I had a hard time sleeping and woke up smelling like a dog the pillow was the issue. So I went to breakfast and apparently they allow dogs in where you eat also all I could smell down in the food area and lobby was a dog. It was horrible smell I like pet but people should have to have sitters for their animals. Not all people can tolerate animals for they may be allergic to them. This is a very nice hotel. But unfortunately within a couple of months with the person managing it. It won't be very nice long. Ugh 😩

Nice enough stay
Easy drive to pier park. Comfortable enough room, bed a little hard, air con loud. Marriott TVs are locked down which is annoying. Ok breakfast.

Towneplace Suites with sofabed
Really liked the hotel. We rarely use the pull-out sofa, but did use this one. The mattress was uncomfortable, could feel springs within it. We got a couple extra comforters from the front desk, & padded it, but would not recommend for more than 1 night on it.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I appreciate them recognizing quiet time, I have stayed in other places where I had to deal with too much noise late at night. Overall, a great place to stay!

Nice hotel, late start breakfast.
We were there for a softball tournament. A con about the stay was, I requested to be on the top floor when I booked the room- stayed for 2 nights. I didn’t get that request unfortunately, so the first night I had to call and make a noise complaint because at 1130pm, the people above our room were jumping on the floor, we could clearly hear the kids jumping from bed to bed, yelling and making a lot of noise. I had to call front desk. Normally I don’t do that, but it was 1130 at night! He just replied “ we are a little packed!” The other problem I had was- they didn’t start serving breakfast until 8am! That doesn’t help if you have to be at the ballpark that’s DIRECTLY behind the hotel at 7am for warm ups! All they had was oatmeal and cereal to eat at 630. Didn’t even have the juice machine turned on. Very disappointed with that.
