It was a cool place to stay, unfortunately it seemed like it wasn't totally ready to be opened... kinda like if we came during tourist season there would have been more available. But it was great for the cost.

Front desk staff was awesome! The location was great, the pool was nice and clean, lots of outdoor activities, indoor and outdoor sports courts. The rooms are setup more like dorms, but we didn't mind. The only thing that i think they could add are so.e outdoor grills since there is no kitchenette and possibly a volleyball court because the one at the beach is terrible. Other than those suggestions, it was great.

The property rooms were unique with 2 queen beds and 2 triple bunk beds so very good for a big family. They were always out of linens (towels and blankets) and couldn’t accommodate the guests they had. They need to purchase more linens.

Didnt really care much of anything.no table and chairs in the room. No where to sit outside, pool is two buildings over. The chairs by the pool were old and ugly.it was pretty dirty inside and outside the exercise room was disgusting.

Very disappointed in this stay! Thought I was booking hotel room, felt like a dorm room or a class trip! First room…tv didn’t work, no HOT water.packed up and moved to another room! 2am to 5 am non stop disruptions in the hallways! Security showed up 3 times! No staff member even apologized for our sleepless night. Desk staff looked like they had no idea what we were unhappy about! I’m shocked Wyndham associates their name with this place!

Staff friendly but did not complete tasks asked for. TV not hooked up; I called desk but no one came- I fixed myself. No shampoo or soap in room. I asked at desk and got shampoo but soap was being brought up. Never happened in two nights. No hot water 5 am on day of check out.

Our room was decently clean, however the rest of the place was nasty. There was trash everywhere and the property was not kept up. One bathroom was ripped apart with Sheetrock and insulation everywhere. The pool chairs were raggedy. They had no umbrellas by the pools to shade your kids from the sun. The pool itself was clean. The staff was very rude and were in rooms cussing and yelling while cleaning. We were charged a resort fee and it had the amenities of a super 8. The only thing there was was a pool. The “gym” is an indoor basketball court. We were given 3 towels for a reservation of 8 people. We were not able to get more towels until the last night we were there due to a “laundry shortage”.

Great place, great stay!

The hotel is really nice. Ok let me start with the downfall part first but its the only downfall i can think off but for the price sure I'll take it anyday, it is advertised as beachfront but its not literally beachfront, you cant see the beach from your room if thats what you're looking, you have to walk just a little tho, basically walk through the parking lot then cross the frontbeach street but its not far. Other than that, i think the hotel is perfect for family and group vacation. The room is huge. We stayed at a family room with 2 queen bed and 2 huge bunk beds room 726 (2nd floor) Nice TV (roku).2 nice heated pools. The entire time of our stay never smell weed, to me thats a plus! The room has 3 sinks, 3 shower and 3 toilet, to some it may be weird but to me i think its perfect especially when youre at the beach so you dont have to wait so long on your turn to take a shower or even use the bathroom for personal necessity. The staff are very friendly. Y'all, we have a great stay and experience here. For the price, i will take this place. If you prefer to see the beach from your room, keep looking but if that don't matter to you, this place is very worth the try. Its close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, near restaurants, near pier park, name it, its there.

Resort fee without the amenities and rude staff

So you pay extra when you get to the hotel for resort fees which include the pool and gym but one pool was dirty/unusable and the other one was completely drained. The gym was closed the entire time and looked empty with no equipment in it. The hurricane was several weeks ago so the pools should have been cleaned and repaired by now or at least mentioned on the website or at check in that the amenities are closed. The lady behind the counter was completely uninthusiastic and was looking at her cell phone when she talked to you. The maid yelled at my 79 yr old mother-in-law when she heard a couple bangs on the door and went to see what it was, the maid hit the door with a mop handle while mopping the hallway and she yelled "Ain't nobody knocking at your door lady!" While we were there the janky elevator broke down and someone got trapped in it. No tables, chairs, couch or comforts of a room in the room just beds, a tv and a dresser. Sit and eat on your bed I guess.

super localisation près de la plage. Proche de Pier Park en voiture. 2 piscines et un terrain de basket donc un plus. Mais état de la chambre qui laisse à désirer, poussière visible, sol sale plein de cheveux, tache sur la couette et impossible s’ouvrir les fenêtre donc odeur de renfermé. Au milieu de notre séjour on nous a forcé à changer de chambres pour accommoder d’autre personnes. Prix abordables vu la zone mais état pas à déplorer.

Panama Beach 2023

Rooms size excellent; bathroom wasn’t stocked towels or toilet paper. Asked for towels and housekeeping didn’t understand Told me to bring them my dirty towels and she would give me clean towels. She didn’t understand that we had five people and one towel. I persisted until She finally gave me four clean towels, but scowled and was not happy.

We had 3 adults and 2 children. We thought it was going to be great b cause it said it slept 7. There were 2 triple bunk beds and two full beds. There were only 2 blankets in the room. When we asked for more blankets they told us that house keeping was gone and there was nothing they can do. Then on top of all that the place was very dirty. Stains on almost all sheets and every bed. Couple of the bunks looked like dripped salsa or something. Not sure what it was to be honest. There were dirty foot prints and even two foot prints where it looked like someone gave themselves a spray tan or something. The freezer in the mini fridge looked like a softdrink exploded and leaked all over the place. I would never stay there again and honestly probably never at a travel lodge or possibly a Wyndham hotel at all. It’s not my first Wyndham experience that was bad but definitely the absolute worst hotel experience ever for sure.
