The TV in my room didn’t work so we told the office, instead of calling to let us know (or leave a note on the door) the office just decided to move us to another room (they DID NOT move our stuff) and canceled our room key. Imagine getting back at about 11:30 at night and your room key don’t work. Also, almost the entire upper level smelled like pot. "
