"The location is fantastic, and the room is very comfortable and clean. The views are also wonderful. However, the property itself— including the elevators, stairs, and shared balcony—could use some improvement. We enjoyed our stay; the bar offers good food, and the staff is very friendly. The previous guest left empty beer cans and a plastic bag with garbage on our balcony; the staff took 3 days to remove it. You'll see cigarette stubs and liquid stains (seemed like ice cream or juice) on the floor outside the room. We just went to our room and kept to ourselves. If you prefer hotels with well-maintained gardens, large lazy-river pools, and clean corridors, this might not be the right place for you. However, if you don’t mind who your next-door neighbors are and just want a convenient location with a place to sleep at night, then it works well. For those looking to be close to boat rides and tourist attractions rides, I recommend staying south, preferably by the Hilton hotel, as it is nearby. If you want to be close to Rosemary Beach, the hotel is only an 8-minute drive away, or you might consider a rental property with the amenities you want. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3 stars. The Wi-Fi only works on the balcony, and the TV does not connect to Wi-Fi due to the concrete walls blocking the internet signal, so you will need to go outside to get a signal."
