So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf"

"Close to the airport. Very clean room. Accommodating to our gluten free diet for breakfast(s). We liked being seated at table and ordering breakfast instead of a cafeteria style which other hotels offer. The staff was very professional. My only concern was we didn’t swipe our card in the elevator to ride up to our floor. I would have preferred to swipe my card for security reasons."
