We had a pleasant stay and the price was very reasonable for the area considering what we’ve paid other places nearby. Accommodations were nice, staff was always responsive and the view was fantastic!

They were doing a lot of maintenance on the elevators while we were there. It took a very long time waiting for one. They were also doing a lot of maintenance work around and what seemed in the parking garage. Zero communication from the actual property management until we checked out. Someone just randomly came in and left a comforter, even tho we didn’t request it and it clearly states “no housekeeping”. Other than that, the resort is very pretty and nice. It was a little worn like in the bathroom areas (you could see rust stains behind the toilets, etc) but overall nice.

When we arrived at the property the room was under construction, the floor was missing slabs. The room was not in a good condition, it was totally unfear to pay full amount for something in those conditions. It was very hard to get help form the office, when I was able to communicate Joe was nice, but the other lady was rude. I did not had the experience I was hoping for.

Almost perfect

The property was 95% fantastic but the remaining 5% was the horrendously loud dehumidifier in the AC closet. I am glad I am used to loud AC in cheap hotel rooms but this was much louder than anything I’ve experienced previously. Also the jets in the tub did not function if one wanted to use them.

The location is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had were with two televisions. The office did send someone out to help us with the problem.

10 year anniversary trip

The condo was very nice and we had no problems except the tv in the bedroom did not work but that wasn't a big deal. The check in and check out was a breeze, did it all on app. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

the trip and stay was good. I didn't understand to get my parking pass before I got there and not having a way to print it out at home, created an issue. other than that it was good except for the red tide and we were not able to enjoy the beach for the dead fish and smell.

Stains on master bedroom comforter, sand, and pubic hair on sheets and pillow. You could still see indentations in the bed from previous renters. Leasing office was very nice and apologetic and connected me with the cleaning company which unfortunately made excuses and said it was the cleaning people's hair..."they're jamaican"? I then told her there were long thin hairs as well and her response was, "they work in crews". They did come and change the sheets but had to come twice as the replacement linens had stains as well, which the gentleman that changed the linens said they had been having problems with

Absolutely breathtaking view from the 19th floor (1906). We will be coming back again. The rooms and beach were beautiful and had everything we needed and more. So happy we chose this location.

The room was very clean and fit my needs perfect.

The 2oth floor was the perfect height to see all the sea creatures. The view was fabulous. It was a perfect family vacation get away. I would definitely stay there again. .

The hotel is in a good location. It has a good gym for a workout. The area is walking friendly. The area was very quiet and would reccomend it to all.
